The Milford Aggressive Fund
| The Milford Aggressive Fund is managed by Milford Funds Limited and is an actively managed portfolio that consists of New Zealand listed companies as well as potentially some Australian listed and unlisted New Zealand companies, unit trusts and cash.
The Fund is a concentrated fund based on investment in New Zealand listed companies and is designed for long-term investors who have a tolerance for risk. The Fund focuses on companies that Milford believes are in attractive industries, have a strong competitive position and excellent management and Board. The Fund is trading oriented, may borrow up to 25% of the value of the Fund and can short-sell securities. The Fund has a target return of 10% (after fees and before tax) per annum over a minimum 3-5 year investment horizon period. |
